About the role: 

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a well-established and respected company within the Construction Plant/Earthmoving machinery sector. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the aftersales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager:

  • Ensuring effective operation of each depot for the South region 
  • This includes health & safety, people issues, people development and parts inventory. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and aftersales revenue 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
  • Oversee warranty processes, service agreements, and compliance with industry standards 

To be successful as a Aftersales Manager:

  • Proven experience in an aftersales or service management role, ideally within capital equipment (plant/crane/earthmoving machinery) 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
  • A customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
