Your new role
- Undertake the management accounts for 2 businesses of the group
- Undertake work including accruals, prepayments, and cost allocations
- Undertake the month-end accounts
- Provide payroll services for around 400 people
- Get involved with VAT returns and HMRC
- Get involved with ad hoc work such as fixed asset register maintenance
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience of management accounting in a manufacturing setting
- Qualifications: Part-qualified or AAT level 3 qualified +
- Experience of providing payroll services for a high volume
- To be a team player
- Ability to manage your time effectively to meet competing deadlines
- Experience of costing desirable
- Experience of accruals, prepayments and VAT
