Job description

HR Partner - North

Monday - Friday - 8 Hours per day

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries for the sites in your Node (Knottingley, Wrexham and Skelmersdale)
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as offer letters and contracts of employment, invites to meetings.
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Assist with the maintenance and updating of the company employee database.
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
  • Administer absence data on a daily and weekly basis to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain the Company training and development database.
  • To participate fully in the Companys Personal Performance and Development process and to undertake training and development relevant to your job.
  • To contribute to the development of a respectful and mutually supportive working environment in accordance with our values.
  • Support the team to monitor and control the use of resource in a cost effective manner.
  • Encourage team members to develop and learn, ensuring the team are trained in respective areas to enhance the flexibility of the company.
  • Build working relationships with colleagues both within the department and throughout the company.
  • To comply with all company policies and procedures, especially your own duty of take care towards your own personal health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions at work.

Roles will require the ability to travel when required to Wrexham and Skelmersdale when in person support is required, Induction process will require a two week stay in Coalville which will be arranged upon offer.

Must have a full, valid drivers license and access to vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £29,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
