You will be working within a close team in a modern office based in Knutsford, with a modern set up and large break out area.
You will be the first point of contact for all interested customers.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Advisor
- Respond to incoming enquiries and outbound call to assist the customer
- Identify opportunities to upsell
- Understand the relevant departments to put the customer through to
- Build rapport with clients / customers
Requirements:
- Telephone experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
