Role: Facilities & Cleaning Team
Location: Knutsford
Salary: Up to £27k
(Drivers licence required)
We are recruiting an experienced and dedicated individual to join a progressive and exciting company to be part of their Workplace Services team.
You will join in a small team and be part of a bigger organisation with a modern culture and outlook. Your role will involve supporting all areas of the Facilities and front of house team for this ultra-modern and tech savvy office space.
Daily cleaning of the offices and communal areas and support with Facilities management and maintenance / repairs are the key areas and experience required for this role.
The role:
To support delivery of the daily Workplace services schedule ensuring excellent service and standards.
- Daily cleaning; including showers, gym, toilets, office space, and other communal areas of the building.
- Stock control and rotation and ordering
- Support the kitchen team when required
- Support with the delivery of company events
- Transporting the team via minibus when required
- Support with ad hoc maintenance jobs
- Pro-actively engaging and collaborating with wider teams to exceed their expectations.
The candidate we are looking for:
- Experience in Facilities, cleaning, basic maintenance and repairs is essential
- You will be passionate about exceptional service and enjoy engaging with the team at all levels.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn, happy to be hands-on and roll up your sleeves.
- Consistent and high attention to detail, always ensuring standards of cleanliness are high across the building.
- Versatile in your approach with a willingness to pick up any task that needs to be done
- Enjoy having fun and working as part of a fast-paced friendly team
- Confident in building rapport and engaging with colleagues across the business
- Open to feedback loops which help improve processes
- A confident driver with a full, clean UK driving licence.
This role will also help the delivery of occasional events and support the delivery of a safe workplace, including:
- Upkeep and security of the building / Health and safety
- Onboarding new starters
- Fire safety / First Aid / COSHH.
- Maintaining and managing equipment.
