Customer Service Adviser Knutsford Temporary - £12ph+ Holiday Pay

Our client who are based in Knutsford are looking for a temp on an going basis to join their Customer Service team. This role is full time working Monday Friday 8.30-4.30pm.

Your duties will include: answering customer queries, updating customer accounts, monitoring a busy inbox, working off a ticketing system ensuring all queries are responded too in a timely manner and providing general admin support to the wider team.

The ideal candidate must have previous customer service experience, have a high attention to detail and manage their own workload efficiently.
