Description
Credit Controller duties include:
- Proactively making sure payments are received on time
- Quickly and re-actively chasing late payments
- Recording payments that are made and reconciling debtor accounts
- Communicating with other departments to ensure timely flow of information
- Issuing invoices and credit notes
- Managing the collection of all payments and debts
- Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Previous Credit Control experience - Required
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Required
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
