Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established Main Dealer in Knutsford? This role offers great earning potential, a supportive team, and a customer-focused working environment!
The Role:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service
- Managing service bookings and advising on necessary repairs
- Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers informed on vehicle progress
- Upselling additional products and services where relevant
- Ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Knowledge of dealership systems (preferred but not essential)
