Service Advisor - Prestige Car Dealership

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join my client's team at a prestige car dealership.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service at every stage. Your role will involve:
- Advising customers on vehicle servicing and keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Providing expert guidance on products and services.
Candidates will have:
- Experience in a franchised car dealership
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00
Saturday 08:00 - 13:00 (1 in 3)
Salary:
£32k basic salary
£36k uncapped OTE!!!
