My client a professional services consultancy Group based in the Knutsford area is in an exciting period of growth, both organically and through acquisition.
There is therefore a requirement for an interim Finance Manager who has exceptional experience in process implementation and Group Reporting.
This role will support the Group Finance Team and Senior Management Team based in Knutsford.
Initial priorities for this role are:
- Overseeing the month end process for newly acquired subsidiaries, including supporting local accountants in production of monthly TB’s
- Production of monthly consolidated management accounts and Board pack
- Monthly revenue flash reporting
- Monthly intercompany reconciliation
- Weekly cashflow forecasting
- Balance sheet reviews ahead of year end audit
- Acting as point of contact for finance queries
- Supporting the Group Finance Director with ad-hoc workstreams as required
