You will be working within a close team in a modern office based in Knutsford, with a modern set up and large break out area.

You will be the first point of contact for all interested customers.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Advisor

Respond to incoming enquiries and outbound call to assist the customer
Identify opportunities to upsell
Understand the relevant departments to put the customer through to
Build rapport with clients / customers

Requirements:

Telephone experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
