Credit Administrator

Warrington

Salary – Up to £30k

Working with a leading client who is one of the biggest names in their industry to recruit multiple credit / finance administrators into their credit team.

They have been able to triple their revenue in the past 2.5 years due to multiple acquisitions therefore require additional staff to support their multiple ledgers.

You will be required to work with PLC clients to ensure cash is allocated correctly, accounts are monitored and essentially money collected – we are looking for candidates who are confident, hands on and willing to get stuck in.

Daily Duties:

  • Posting & matching payments
  • Monitoring accounts
  • Cash allocation
  • Processing customer rebate invoices
  • Uploading of invoices to key customer portals
  • Monitor and review credit limits

Experience:

  • An understanding of Accounts/Financial Statements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Computer literate – Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good at working as part of a team and individually
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
