About the Role

As a Credit Application Specialist, you will:

  • Ensure all customer application packs are completed accurately.
  • Process new account applications and credit checks within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure welcome letters are correct.
  • Handle credit limit changes and ensure all work is auditable.

Responsibilities

  • Timely processing of customer applications.
  • Ensuring relevant KYC packs are in place for credit limit increases.
  • Maintaining accountability and auditability of all work.
