About the Role
As a Credit Application Specialist, you will:
- Ensure all customer application packs are completed accurately.
- Process new account applications and credit checks within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure welcome letters are correct.
- Handle credit limit changes and ensure all work is auditable.
Responsibilities
- Timely processing of customer applications.
- Ensuring relevant KYC packs are in place for credit limit increases.
- Maintaining accountability and auditability of all work.
