The Role at a Glance:

  • Qualify sales opportunities by assessing customer needs and requirements
  • Identify and prioritise high-potential leads, ensuring efficient use of sales resources
  • Manage inbound sales enquiries adeptly and efficiently
  • Undertake thorough prospect research to map out key decision makers and relevant business info
  • Assign enquiries as they come in to relevant team members and departments
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the wider team
  • Learn! Proactively listen, watch and shadow other members of the team with one eye on your progression with the business - unlocking more responsibility and earning potential in supporting the SMB team

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated
  • A keen interest in Technology and Sales
  • B2B Sales experience is beneficial, but not necessary
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
