What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to expert for all things Marketo-helping set up and monitor killer campaigns and automations.
  • Design, build, and fine-tune nurture journeys that guide prospects and customers through key touchpoints-keeping them engaged and coming back for more!
  • Keep an eagle eye on Marketo's performance, ensuring it runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Use automation and AI to supercharge how we manage leads, making our processes smoother and smarter.
  • Partner with sales, product, and other awesome teams to understand the customer funnel and make our nurture programs even better.
  • Continuously improve our martech stack to set the gold standard in the industry.
  • Dive into the data-reporting on how our email journeys perform and smashing targets.

What You'll Bring:

  • You're a Marketo pro, or you've also got the skills in Adobe, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to back it up.
  • You're a whiz with Adbridge (or similar tools) and can seamlessly connect multi-channel journeys.
  • You know how to set up smart lead scoring and attribution models that get results.
  • You've got experience syncing CRM systems with other platforms and love automating the boring stuff.
  • SQL? No problem. Dynamic content and webhooks? You're all over it.
  • You can turn data into actionable insights and aren't afraid of digging into the numbers.
