Senior Product Manager (up to Head of / Director Grade) SaaS Technology Product Discovery

Knutsford, Cheshire - commutable from South Manchester, Macclesfield, Sandbach, Northwich, Warrington. Paid Relocation package to move to Cheshire if needed. On site role.

Applause IT are working with a highly innovative founder led global Cyber Security SaaS Technology company with over 15000 customers worldwide, to hire an experienced senior technology Product Manager.

We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager that will:

Play a key role in shaping our brand-new product function.
Collaboratively shape product vision and strategy to align with company goals.
Develop a strong product sense by conducting market research, competitor analysis and product gap analysis.
Gather customer insights, e.g. speaking directly to customers and collaborating with customer-facing teams.
Understand, articulate and prioritise customer pains and needs.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to guide product development.
Work with UX teams to rapidly prototype and validate ideas.
Define and measure leading and lagging indicators of product success.
Manage the entire product life cycle from discovery to launch.
Work with other teams to successfully launch and execute go-to-market strategies.
Inspire teams, set clear goals, and drive cross-team collaboration.
Monitor data to measure success and inform continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with strong organisational skills.

About you:

5 years + in a similar Product Management, Head of Product Management or Product Coach role with experience gained in a technology environment working across MVP, Growth and Maturity stages. Experience working with UX and Software Engineering teams. A B2B Digital, SaaS, IT Technology and or ideally Cyber / Information Security background is preferred. Degree in a STEM subject preferred.
