Senior Account Manager - Remote 

Are you an experienced professional with a knack for strategic growth and client relationship management? Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager—business Development to join their vibrant team during an exciting expansion phase.

In this role, you will oversee the account management function, ensuring clients gain optimal value from the services offered. You will be vital in formulating and implementing strategies to meet revenue goals and provide outstanding customer service while aligning with the company’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Expansion: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, enhancing product and service offerings to address changing client needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute tailored plans for accounts to meet sales targets and foster sustainable growth.
  • Client Relations: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and uncovering new opportunities within the Commercial Cards sector.
  • Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform account strategies and business development efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver customised solutions.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for major accounts, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Client Loyalty: Create and implement strategies to boost client retention through exceptional service and value delivery.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain precise revenue forecasts, contribute to strategic account planning, and conduct regular account reviews.
Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated success in business development or account management within the Commercial Cards industry (Mastercard or Visa)
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaborate with an international team.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively for client interactions and events.
