We are currently seeking an experienced Bars Manager to oversee the vibrant bar operations at a prominent venue. This role includes managing multiple bars and function rooms, making it ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial and operational management within the hospitality industry.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Bars Manager, ideally within a large or multi-bar setting
• Strong operational and commercial management skills
• Excellent team leadership and engagement abilities
• Experience in managing functions and events
• Capability to oversee multiple areas simultaneously
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of the local market

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple bars and function rooms
• Manage all aspects of staff management, including hiring, training, and development
• Implement effective stock control measures and manage back-office operations
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Analyse performance data and make informed decisions to drive business improvement and customer satisfaction
• Lead by example, stepping in as needed to ensure service standards are consistently met
