This is a pivotal appointment which has been designed to support the finance and operations teams in driving the business forward and achieve ambitious growth plans.Key Benefits/ Rewards on Offer:• Competitive starting salary + bonus• 33 days annual leave entitlement including bank holidays• Study support if required• Company pension• Hybrid working and flexibility on working hours• Free parking on site• A dedicated mentor to facilitate skills developmentYour New Role as Cost & Management Accountant:Reporting to the Finance Director, as Cost & Management Accountant duties will include:• Supporting with management accounts preparation• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities• Input into the development of the cost accounting and reporting systems• Analysis of production and spend variances• Reporting on profitability and reviewing product margins• Maintenance of the BOM register• Business partnering with various departments, to deliver meaningful financial insight and advice as requiredExperience & Qualifications Required to Apply:The successful candidate will be proven in a similar role and must have experience within a manufacturing setting. Strong communication skills are imperative with the ability to form and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills are also required with proven ability to implement system and process improvements where required.
