You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating support services, and liaising with various departments to ensure students receive the best possible assistance when looking for student accommodation. Your role will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations and providing a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all students.- Dealing with private landlords to schedule repairs- Organising contractors' diaries and booking in maintenance- Internal and external stakeholder management- Arranging viewings and audits- Updating bespoke systems- General Administration- Working as part of a small teamWhat You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you should possess strong organisational and communication skills. Experience in an administrative position within an educational setting is preferred. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for supporting students and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment are essential.What You'll Get in ReturnIn return, you will receive a competitive rate of pay, £14.82 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay, with the potential to be made into a permanent contract. You will be paid every Friday.
