What You'll Do:

As an Office Administrator, you will be the go-to person for all things office-related. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately handling and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining financial records.
  • Support Services: Providing top-notch administrative support to our team, including calendar management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Front Desk Duties: Greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Document Management: Keeping our filing systems and records up to date and organized.
