Business Development Manager - Air Freight - North West

Hybrid role

Salary up to C: 拢60K base, Car Allowance Big Commission (OTE 拢100k+)Our client is a major player in the International Distribution Market with a large number of branches across the UK.

Our Client is a globally recognised International Distribution provider. Due to their continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Freight Forwarding team selling Air Freight

They are looking to continue to grow their Air Freight offering worldwide. A focus will be on import & export services. The right candidate will demonstrate previous Air Freight selling experience with a proven track record of reaching set revenue goals and targets. They will be tasked with generating new business through their own lead generation and utilising a CRM platform.

Responsibilities will include.

  • Tasked with generating new business leads in Air Freight
  • Reach Sales goals on a weekly/monthly basis

The ideal candidate would have.

路 2 years Sales experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry (Air)

路 Self-motivated and possessing excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

路 Strong new business background and account management background

路 Proven sales success in a the same/similar field

路 Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills

路 Team player with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

路 Computer literacy
