I am currently working alongside a client based within the online Health & Fitness industry who is looking to hire an experienced Sales Executive. This is a full-time, permanent role. Please also note this is a fully remote position, offered on a commission-only basis.

Role Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting website-generated leads promptly, engaging with potential clients and converting the initial enquiries. As part of the role, the candidate will arrange follow up calls with potential clients and communicate the value of the packages on offer, overcoming objections where necessary.

Benefits:

  • Salary – Realistic OTE of £40,000, however commission is uncapped
  • Hours – There are no set work hours for this position so the successful candidate can tailor this to their own needs, however leads must be responded to within 12 hours of being received
  • Work From Home – This is a fully remote position being offered

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly contacting sales leads and working to convert them
  • Effectively communicate the value of the packages on offer
  • Overcoming objections to successfully close sales
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and effectively report this to line manager
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPI’s

Specification:

  • Previous experience within the Health & Fitness is essential
  • Previous experience in inbound or outbound sales, or a related field with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, organised and a strong ability to manage own time effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment
