As the Commercial Management Lead, you'll oversee a dynamic team responsible for the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of IT contracts. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective supplier management, strategic procurement, and the realisation of value for money across multi-million-pound contracts. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the Commercial Management team to deliver exceptional IT and digital solutions.
- Overseeing contract negotiations, variations, and supplier performance to meet organisational goals.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies, ensuring legal compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Managing relationships with key suppliers, focusing on continuous improvement and risk management.
- Evaluating contract performance, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.
What You’ll Need:
- A background in commercial management, procurement, and supplier management.
- Experience managing high-value contracts (over £10m) and a multi-supplier environment.
- Proven leadership skills, including managing teams and overseeing performance.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management experience at senior levels.
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; CIPS/IACCM qualifications desirable.
