As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts and ensuring that third-party suppliers meet their contractual obligations. You will play a key role in driving cost efficiencies, managing supplier performance, and ensuring that commercial agreements align with the organisation’s strategic goals.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple contracts, ensuring performance targets are met and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and handling contract variations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth contract delivery.
  • Conducting formal service reviews and managing supplier relationships to deliver mutual benefits.
  • Supporting procurement activities and ensuring compliance with public sector procurement regulations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in commercial management, including contract and supplier management, ideally within a multi-supplier IT environment.
