Graduate Teaching Assistant - SecondaryLocation: LancasterPosition Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours: 0830 - 1530Start Date: January - ASAPPay: 90 P/D (Minimum, more with experience)
Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to come and work under our agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are considering a career in education and want to gain valuable classroom experience.
About the Role:As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:· Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.· Work with small groups and individual students to provide tailored support.· Assist with classroom management and behaviour supervision.· Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources.· Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.· Provide additional support during extracurricular activities and school events.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new applicationProvide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
