Description
- Provide administrative support to the department head and team.
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Attend team meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Act as a point of contact between the department and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Support various projects as needed.

A successful Personal Assistant should have:
