About the HNW Private Client Commercial Mortgage Broker Role:
We are seeking two HNW Private Client Commercial Mortgage Brokers to take over an established book of HNW clients and drive new business growth. One of the roles involves inheriting a highly lucrative back book due to the departure of a senior team member, providing you with immediate access to high-value clients. Both roles require a dynamic individual with a commercial banking background, looking to transition into brokerage, with the hunger and ambition to build their own client base and maximise earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of HNW clients ensuring exceptional client service.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities, leveraging your network and relationship-building skills.
- Deliver complex commercial mortgage solutions, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to drive growth and enhance the company's market presence.
- Attend networking events, including monthly trips to Jersey and quarterly trips to Dubai, to build and maintain client relationships.
