Description

As Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

Lead the strategic planning process to align with the company's growth.
Ensure healthy cash flow to support day-to-day operations and growth initiatives.
Provide detailed insights into costs, ensuring profitability as the business scales.
Take the lead on preparing and managing budgets and forecasts to guide the business forward.
Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with the finance team on financial reporting and analysis.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results.
Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and principles.
Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
Provide financial advice to management to aid strategic planning.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

A strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
Excellent analytical skills for financial forecasting and diagnosis.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
