Due to continued success and growth, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team and take advantage of a fantastic opportunity in a thriving sector.
The role of the Senior Account Manager:
- Managing inbound finance opportunities while prospecting new business across the UK market.
- Providing tailored funding options including business loans, asset finance, invoice finance, VAT funding and more.
- Leveraging at least 3+ warm leads per week provided by the lead generation team.
- Upselling, cross-selling, and maximising revenue from existing accounts.
- Acting as the main contact, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Tracking performance and maintaining accurate records.
- Handling multiple clients, meeting deadlines and sales targets, and delivering a seamless customer journey.
- Preparing detailed proposals and representing the company at industry events.
What are we looking for in the Senior Account Manager?
