P4 Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Night Care Assistant working with for an award winning company, purpose built care homebased in Lancaster, providing outstanding residential, respite and dementia care.

As a Senior Night Care Assistant your role will be to
  • Act as a mentor to care assistants and assist in their development in providing excellent care
  • Conduct Risk Assessments
  • Create and develop Care Plans
  • Adhere to professional standards and the homes' policies and procedures
  • Be knowledgeable of safeguarding

Shift pattern -
2 week rolling shift pattern 8pm - 8am
Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Salary £13.20 per hour plus £16.50per hour overtime

Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care - desirable
Worked in similar setting for 2 years
Minimum 1 year supervisor role experience
