Regional People Advisor - North West (12-Month FTC)

Location: North West (Multi-Site)Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contractup to £37,500+ Car or Car Allowance and bonus

About the Role

As a Regional People Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our North West region, providing expert HR advice and guidance across a wide range of ER matters. You will work closely with operational teams, coaching and empowering managers to handle people-related challenges effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing first-line HR support on a wide range of ER issues, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and TUPE.Partnering with managers to ensure best practice and compliance with policies and employment law.Supporting change initiatives such as restructures and workforce planning.Travelling across multiple sites to provide hands-on support (regional travel required).Working collaboratively within a fantastic HR team that values innovation, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an HR/ER Advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management.A confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.Ability to travel across the North West as needed.A team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
