Are you an experienced IT professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team here in Preston.

We are an established managed service provider providing IT services across Lancashire since 1999. We are a small but expanding team dedicated to managing IT and communications. We are conveniently located in Riversway - the Preston docks area. We are at an exciting point in our growth and are looking for a new engineer to join our team and grow with us.

The ideal candidate will have a number of years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT systems and network management. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Your Duties as IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer will include :

  • Troubleshooting IT issues both remotely and on-site
  • Installing and configuring IT hardware and software
  • Managing cloud based systems and services
  • Managing and updating documentation

Our Ideal Candidate will have :

  • Prior experience working in an MSP technical role
  • In depth knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Windows/Windows Server
  • A sound knowledge of IT security concepts and services
  • Good understanding of networking
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Fantastic time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent spoken/written English
  • Enthusiasm for the job and IT
  • Full UK driving license
