Role OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading UK law firm for an employment lawyer to join its  team as an specialist tribunal advocate. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of employment tribunal hearings, including multi-day discrimination, unfair dismissal, and whistleblowing cases. The role involves travel across the UK to attend hearings and provide expert advice to a range of high-profile clients.Candidate Profile/Experience NeededOur client is seeking a qualified solicitor with the following:
  • At least 3 years of experience in employment law and tribunal advocacy.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-day hearings and be adept at providing legal advice in areas such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
  • The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge.
  • Flexible approach with a commitment to achieving targets and deadlines.
