Our client are currently looking for a fee earner for their Family department as follows:

To undertake private family cases, including private children matters, divorce and financial remedy cases.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Be experienced working to Lexcel standards
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be organised
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Have solid advocacy experience in the family courts
  • Have fantastic communication skills and be able to explain the complexities of the law to lay clients with ease
  • Have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding your billing / time recording targets
  • Provide a good reference from your employer
  • Experience of TOLATA / Cohabitee cases (Desirable)
  • Resolution membership (Desirable)
  • Experience of international family law (Desirable)
  • Law Society family / advanced family accredited (Desirable)
