Position Details:
- Location: Lancaster or Kendal
- Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time and part-time applications considered)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Inheritance tax planning
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Asset protection
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Wills and estate planning
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Trusts
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Probates
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Court of Protection
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â LPAs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) within Private Client
- Ability to handle your own workload with minimal supervision
- Excellent client care skills
