Internals Site Manager

We are currently seeking a Site Manager for internals to oversee a construction project in the Lancaster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising staff and subcontractors
- Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to senior management
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets specified standards
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing cost estimates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry with ideally a trades background.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction sector
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
