We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team for a two-week period. This is an immediate start position that offers a great opportunity to work in an educational setting and contribute positively to the learning environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of learning activities and support the teacher in managing the classroom.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning material initially introduced by the teacher.
  • Provide support to students with special needs to help them achieve their educational goals.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
  • Help maintain a safe and organised classroom environment for all students.
  • Participate in school events and activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and be sensitive to their educational and emotional needs.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups and learning abilities.
  • Medical requirements for the role will be discussed upon application.
