The Plant Manager at this thriving facility is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Quality Manager to elevate standards and ensure products meet the highest quality benchmarks.

As Quality Manager, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of a commitment to excellence and will: -

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and implement a quality strategy that drives continuous improvement, reduces waste, and enhances product quality.
  • Train and empower a team of three to embrace robust quality control processes, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.
  • Work closely with the operations team to resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance and reducing non-conformance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and trust across the manufacturing team, participating in leadership meetings and driving change initiatives.
  • Utilise data to refine quality strategies and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, while managing the quality and lab budget.
  • Resolve supplier issues, track performance metrics, and investigate customer complaints to implement corrective actions.

The successful Quality Manager will: -

  • Gained their quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Have strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to influence within a complex business landscape.
  • Be an excellent communicator who can build excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
