PFI Regional Property Manager - North West England
*****£75K - £85K (dependent upon experience)*****
Our client are a leading PFI investor looking for a regional property manager responsible for the performance of a regional property portfolio. You would be leading a team to deliver an exceptional client service whilst also ensuring contractual compliance and standards.

Key responsibilities:
Leadership
- To effectively manage a Regional team and monitor workload across the Region, flexing and providing resilience as appropriate.
- To provide support and guidance for their direct reports in managing their local delivery teams as part of the building management function and principal contacts for tenants in our buildings.
- Identify and deliver service improvements and ensure the required operational compliance, standards and services are delivered across their Region.
Financial Responsibility
- Budget holder and accountable for the financial performance of the Regional property portfolio
- Responsible for the accuracy of data and the financial performance of the Regional property portfolio .
- Review monthly management accounts and flag any variations to the appropriate teams
Commercial Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the portfolio is managed in accordance with the contractual obligations.
- Act as both the escalation and resolution point for any property and operational issues.
- Identify service improvements for development with stakeholders.
- Plan and support the delivery a pipeline of variations to deliver customer requirements
Person specification:
- Educated to degree standard
- Significant experience in PFI contracts
- FM experience
- Authentic leader, able to motivate and develop a high performing team
- Effective communicator
