Reed Lancaster is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team, specialising in Accountancy recruitment. In this role, you'll focus on recruiting for all Accountancy roles across the Lancashire and Cumbria area. The desk is currently generating £10,000 per month in income adn therefore you will be coming into a warm desk. The role will require a split between account management, business development and candidate sourcing. This will be working with a well established recruitment brand and a successful and colloborative team, with over a combined 80 years of experience in the recruitmnt industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Cultivate relationships with new clients through phone outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Attend business meetings with existing and prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture existing client connections and identify growth opportunities.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and match candidates to meet client recruitment needs.
  • Effective Advertising: Craft compelling job vacancies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Interview Facilitation: Prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate offers between clients and candidates.
