We are currently recruiting for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team. You will cold call clients to secure business and develop these relationships over time. You will schedule meetings over video and in person. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates by building strong searching techniques via a range of different platforms for the digital sector. You will qualify candidates through effective questioning techniques. You will also match candidates and clients appropriately through developing relationships and understanding the needs of both. You will also be responsible for negotiating, influencing, and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome. You will write good sales-copy and understand the basics of content marketing.

To be considered we are ideally looking for previous experience within recruitment or individuals with sales experience. If you haven't got any previous experience in sales however have a strong desire to work in recruitment we will still consider your details. Full training with one of the industry's best trainers will be offered when you start your career with us.

The business has no thresholds / uncapped commission scheme. You will receive a company phone and laptop and we also have quarterly afternoons and evenings off in top restaurants for hitting targets. We also work two days from home per week, have an extra days holiday for each year of service and an extra half days each month for hitting targets early. We also have 50% off gym membership, free parking, Summer party, Christmas party and team monthly meals.
