Reed Education is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a secondary school in Lancaster. The role requires a candidate with a robust understanding of the curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.

• Delivering Business Studies lessons to students at KS3 and KS4 levels, with the potential to teach KS5.
• Preparing lesson plans and materials that meet curriculum standards.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Managing the classroom effectively to create a focused learning atmosphere.
• Collaborating with colleagues to share teaching strategies and participate in professional development.
• Acting as a positive role model for students, demonstrating compassion, trustworthiness, and good listening skills.

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Recent relevant experience teaching Business Studies at KS3 and KS4 levels; KS5 experience is beneficial.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Reliable and committed to student development.
• Good interpersonal skills, punctuality, and the ability to work confidently with students.
