PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR BASED LANCING (NEAR BRIGHTON) SUSSEX
We are seeking a part time Office Administrator to provide essential support to the Managing Partner and small team through general administrative duties on a part-time basis:
Hours: 2.5-3 days per week (specific hours to be confirmed)
Location: Lancing, UK
Salary: 30,000-35,000 pro ratad
+ annual bonus & generous holiday allowance
Key Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will oversee a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Drafting: Preparing formal minutes and corporate resolutions.
- Compliance: Managing company secretarial filings with relevant authorities.
- Scheduling: Organising diaries and coordinating meetings effectively.
- Financial Administration: Handling bank account applications and other official processes.
- Logistics: Managing office operations such as mail, couriers, equipment, and supplies.
- Communications: Liaising with entities including banks, HMRC, and other organisations.
- Documentation: Creating PowerPoint presentations, updating websites, and formatting documents as required.
- Social Media: Managing the company's social media presence.
Person Specification
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with prior administrative and/or secretarial experience. The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent written communication skills for drafting letters and documents.
- Display strong organisational skills and thrive in a smaller, dynamic office environment.
- Be adaptable and open to handling additional projects or tasks as the role evolves
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, showcasing initiative in problem-solving
