Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can handle inbound calls from our clients and provide first-line technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues related to our products, ultimately reducing the need for on-site engineer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from our clients and try and resolve the issues without the need for an expensive engineer to go out on site
  • Provide first-line technical support by asking pertinent questions to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Efficiently organise and schedule on-site engineer visits when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team meetings with insights and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with a technical support element.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask relevant questions and gather necessary information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A background or understanding of medical equipment is a plus but not required.

  • Technically adept and able to understand and explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
