Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can handle inbound calls from our clients and provide first-line technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues related to our products, ultimately reducing the need for on-site engineer visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from our clients and try and resolve the issues without the need for an expensive engineer to go out on site
- Provide first-line technical support by asking pertinent questions to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Efficiently organise and schedule on-site engineer visits when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and support.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team meetings with insights and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with a technical support element.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask relevant questions and gather necessary information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A background or understanding of medical equipment is a plus but not required.
