Description

As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Conduct research and prepare documents for review and presentation by executives.
  • Manage office supplies and negotiate deals with office vendors and service providers.
  • Implement efficient workflow processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties at all levels.

Profile

The successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Strong Executive Assistant skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ideally experience working in the Not For Profit sector
