Description

As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Conduct research and prepare documents for review and presentation by executives.
Manage office supplies and negotiate deals with office vendors and service providers.
Implement efficient workflow processes.
Liaise with internal and external parties at all levels.

Profile

The successful Executive Assistant should have:

Strong Executive Assistant skills and proficiency in MS Office.
An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ideally experience working in the Not For Profit sector
