Join us to assist in the coordination of academy matchdays

You'll work closely with the Academy Operations Manager and Academy Secretaries, coordinating matchday arrangements via email and phone. Your role will include assigning dressing rooms to officials and visiting teams, ensuring everyone is well-versed in our Training Ground rules and protocols.

You will have the rewarding task of welcoming all visitors to the training ground and registering visiting scouts from other clubs upon their arrival. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a vital part of our academy’s vibrant matchday atmosphere!

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of safeguarding and a genuine ability to connect with children and young people. In this role, you will interact with a diverse range of individuals, so it’s essential that you are friendly and approachable, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
