About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and visionary Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic business support team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating several business development projects, analysing financial data to improve operational efficiencies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering team collaboration. You will also support the growth and development of the firm's client base and revenue by enhancing the firm's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Develop and implement process efficiencies to achieve scale economies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Use data analytics tools to report on business performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop growth strategies.
- Manage CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, to track business pipelines and ensure accurate reporting.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts to guide future strategy.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in a business, finance, or statistics-based field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in an analytical or project-based role.
- Experience with data analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
