Road Reinstatement Operatives
Shift: Monday - Sunday - 07:30 - 16:00 40HPW
Pay Rate: 14.50-16PH depending on expereince
Location: Falkirk, FK2 8DR


This assignment is Temporary ongoing with the potential to lead into a Permanent position due to increasing workload.

Manpower are looking for Road Reinstatement Operatives to work for our client based in Falkirk. In this role you would work as part of idverde's reinstatement team and have knowledge and experience of Reinstatement for Utilities on Highways and Private sites. For this role you would need to be able to complete assigned works within an agreed timescale, to an agreed specification and idverde's high standards. The ideal candidate would need to have skills and knowledge of all aspects of backfilling excavations around live services (Scottish power & Scottish Water completing works in road) and reinstatement techniques including Tarmac, modular services, slabs, kerbs, setting ironworks and concrete.

The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Hold a full valid Class 2 licence with HIAB
  • Willingness to learn & open to training.
  • Safety conscious mindset is key.
  • Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Valid NRSWA Streetworks card preferred.
  • The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team.
